Returns policy

JANE BARDOT

JANE BARDOT has a 14 days return policy. In case of return, we will refund the amount of the purchased products. Shipping costs are not refundable in any case.

To return items, you must request a return authorization by contacting us on hello@janebardot.com. Once we receive your request we will issue and send you a pre-paid shipping label to send any items back to us.

We will deduct a return cost fee that will depend on the return origin:

SPAIN: Return fee of 5€.

EUROPE: Return fee of 15€.

USA & REST OF THE WORLD: Return fee of 25€.

INSTRUCTIONS

We will email you a prepaid shipping label and return form that you will need to print.

Place the item(s) in the original packaging and the duly completed return form inside a solid cardboard box.

Place the pre-paid return shipping label to the outside of the box, over the prior delivery information.

Once the box is ready, contact UPS Customer Service (www.ups.com) to either pick up the package or deliver the product to a UPS authorized collection point.

RECEIVING A REFUND

Your refund will be credited to your original form of payment. We will deduct a return fee from your refund, please check the complete information above.

Please allow 30 days from return shipping to receive a refund.

CONDITIONS

-Items must be returned to us in perfect condition: make sure all products are exactly as you received them.

-Jewelry pieces should be returned in their original, undamaged box as this is considered part of the product.

-Please make sure to return the items into a solid carton box to not damage the original packaging as this is considered part of the product.

-We prefer that items are returned through JANE BARDOT return service to ensure they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods by any secure transport.

-When using our return service, you will be refunded in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse.

-When using your preferred return transport we will not make a full refund in the event of damage, theft or loss during delivery.
