SHIPPING METHODS

We ship product all over the world, through the private transport service UPS or CORREOS.

Once the order is shipped, the buyer will receive a tracking number for the package. For more information, please see the Shipping page.

RETURN GUARANTEE

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of it and we will refund your money. Please, see conditions on the Returns page and follow the steps indicated on the page to carry out a return. Please note that shipping costs are not refunded.

On our website you will find products made in a single size and products made in different sizes. You will find the available sizes of each product on each product page.

Check our Size Guide and if you have any questions write to us at hello@janebardot.com. Also, if you can't find your size, we can tailor it. Estimated production time: 20- 25 business days.
